HOW IT WORKS
Each trip is special and unique. I use Brownell's five step "Discover More" process to craft your perfect trip from start to finish.
DISCOVER
This is where the fun begins! In the first step of the process it is all about getting to know YOU and what YOU are looking for in your travel experience. We will set up a phone call so I can learn about all your hopes and dreams for your trip while taking note of your budget and any special requests. After the Discover call I will charge a trip planning fee to move forward with the process.
DESIGN
Now I will set to work crafting the perfect trip for you. I will use my global connections through the Brownell and Virtuoso travel network to perform extensive research to find the best options to fit your needs. I will recommend everything from hotels, flights, tours and more to create a completely personalized itinerary.
CONNECT
As reservations are made and an itinerary is being finalized, we will remain connected to make sure every detail is taken into account and that you will receive any upgrades or amenities available. You will receive personalized support and service before, during and after your trip.
EXPERIENCE
Bon voyage! Time to go enjoy and explore. Behind the scenes, I will be ensuring everything is running smoothly, and if there are any bumps in the road, either I or a dedicated local contact will be there to assist. Have fun and feel free to send along photos!

RATES
Many hours of planning go into making your trip exceptional from start to finish. Jessica White Travel charges various consulting fees depending on the length and complexity of the trip. Fees are charged after the initial Discover call to kick-off the Design process.
Consulting fees start at the following:

$500 for full trip planning up to one week of travel for up to four people

$250 for each additional week of travel

$150 per cabin cruise booking fee

$50 hotel booking fee

Additional fees may apply for additional travelers or complexity of travel
*rates start at the above and may increase based on complexity of trip and number of travelers
*additional fees will apply for airfare booking through our partner air team
*consulting fees are non-refundable and charged at time of proposal
