It’s no secret that the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts are among the best of the best in luxury hospitality. The brand continues to stand out with its commitment to world-class service and unmatched guest experience. Earlier this year, Four Seasons was recognized by the Forbes Travel Guide as earning the most Five-Star rankings of any company for the tenth consecutive year!

The Four Seasons brand has ambitious plans to have 180 properties in its portfolio by 2033. And they are well on their way there, with several new hotels and resorts opening this year. I wanted to share with you all some recently opened or soon-to-open Four Seasons destinations that the Jessica White team is excited about!
Newly Opened
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor
After a partial opening in the summer of 2024, this resort officially opened fully earlier this year. This spot has long been a popular destination for luxury travelers, ever since the property originally opened as Hotel Formentor in 1929. The updated hotel design honors the stunning natural beauty found in Mallorca and provides guests with a tranquil retreat, secluded in nature.
Mallorca itself is a buzzworthy destination, featuring stunning beaches with crystal clear water set against the dramatic background of rugged mountains. Guests at the Four Seasons can enjoy a range of outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, snorkeling, and water sports – or just take in the views from their room’s private terrace!
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol
The Four Seasons is a recent addition to Cabo Del Sol, an exclusive private community overlooking the ocean, made up of a hacienda-style village containing newly constructed guest rooms, suites, residences, villas, and estates. Opened in May of 2024, it has quickly become a standout among the many luxury resorts of Los Cabos. The property expertly combines Mexican design traditions and modern elegance, with wood beams and hand-painted tiles alongside plush white bedding and contemporary fixtures.
One reason we love Los Cabos is because of all the amazing activities you can do in the Baja Peninsula region. The Resort’s Adventure Center offers surfing lessons, snorkeling, boat rides, whale watching, golf, and more, so guests can really make the most of their Cabo experience!
Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr al Bahr
This aptly named "palace by the sea” opened late last year in Morocco’s capital city. The gorgeous twelve-acre property sits along the oceanfront and boasts multiple indoor and outdoor pools, seven restaurants, and a world-class spa. As a former sultan’s palace, the newly renovated building still exemplifies traditional Moroccan design and feels right at home in UNESCO World Heritage-designated Rabat.
Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr al Bahr is a hidden oasis located right in the city. Take your time meandering through lush gardens and lounging in the shaded courtyards surrounding the spa. Enjoy spa and wellness treatments inspired by ancient Moroccan healing, relax in the traditional hammam, and soak in the heated indoor pool, all while being steps away from all the history and culture the city has to offer.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico
The former St. Regis Bahia Beach resort has undergone major renovations and is reopening under the Four Seasons flag this fall. With two miles of white sand beachfront dotted with guestrooms, suites, residences, and villas, this spot is sure to please future guests and residents alike! Set among lush tropical greenery, each room and residence feels like its own secluded slice of paradise.
And of course, no Four Seasons property is complete without amazing restaurants, gorgeous pools, and luxurious spa and wellness facilities. Soak up the island sun and grab a drink by the pool, or spend the day snorkeling, kayaking, or enjoying the resort’s many walking trails and 18-hole golf course. It has everything you need for a perfect Caribbean vacation, no passport required!
Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, Greece
Perched on the cliffside above Kalo Livadi Bay are the postcard-perfect whitewashed buildings that make up the new Four Seasons Resort Mykonos. Every room offers sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and sits in perfect harmony with the beautiful surroundings. Guests can enjoy private beach access, an adults-only infinity pool, cabana rentals, and romantic meals served on the beach. Sounds like a dream!
This gorgeous resort is set to open mid-2026, and will be Four Seasons’ second property in Greece – so why not stay at both? Spend a few nights at the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, then head to Mykonos via private helicopter or boat transfer.
It’s easy to see why the Four Seasons is such a popular brand of hotels and resorts, and these are just a few new openings out of many planned for the rest of 2025 and 2026.
